Return and exchange policy
30-day returns on unworn items with tags.
Return an item within 30 days of delivery if it is unworn and still has its original tags attached. The buyer pays return shipping.
This policy applies to orders from the Sports Zone online shop and our eBay store.
What can be returned
- Return requests must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unworn, with all original tags attached.
- Items that are worn, washed, damaged after delivery, or missing their tags cannot be returned.
Return shipping
The buyer pays the cost of return shipping. If we sent the wrong item, or it arrived damaged or defective, contact us and we will cover the return shipping.
How to start a return
Online shop orders: email [email protected] with your order number and the item you want to return. We will reply with the return address. Please do not send an item back before contacting us.
eBay orders: open the order in your eBay account and select Return this item. eBay orders also remain covered by the eBay Money Back Guarantee.
Refunds
Once we receive the item and confirm that it is unworn with its tags attached, we refund it to your original payment method.
Exchanges
Need a different size or item? Return the original under this policy and place a new order for the one you want.
